Reebok FR30 vs Schwinn 800IC: Which Exercise Bike Fits Your Training?
The Reebok FR30 and Schwinn 800IC both bring connected training into a home gym, but they are not the same kind of exercise bike. The FR30 is an upright exercise bike with electronically controlled programmes. The 800IC is an indoor cycling bike built around a more cycling-specific riding position.

Resistance and training control
The FR30 uses 32 electronic resistance levels with a 9 kg flywheel. Reebok publishes 18 preset programmes plus three target modes. The Schwinn 800IC uses magnetic resistance with 100 selectable levels, giving it a much finer resistance scale.
Apps and connectivity
Reebok lists compatibility with Zwift, Kinomap and its Reebok Console App. Schwinn supports Bluetooth connectivity and lists services including Zwift and JRNY. App support can change over a product's lifetime, so buyers should still confirm current compatibility with the service they intend to use.
Size and user capacity
The FR30 measures 110 × 55 × 145 cm and has a published maximum user weight of 120 kg. Its saddle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. The 800IC measures 138.7 × 78 × 131.6 cm, weighs 48.8 kg and has a published maximum user weight of 150 kg.
Different riding priorities
The FR30 is the more natural fit for someone wanting an upright cardio machine with built-in programmes and straightforward home use. The 800IC is oriented more toward indoor cycling, with dual-sided SPD/toe-cage pedals and a riding setup designed around cycling-style sessions.
GymVerity scores
The FR30 currently holds a Verity Score of 85.2/100 and 97% Data Confidence. The Schwinn 800IC currently scores 86.4/100 with 97% Data Confidence. The small headline-score difference matters less than the difference in riding style: these machines solve somewhat different training needs.
